Return / Exchange Policy

Overview

At The Polo Magician, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to make it easy for you to return or exchange items.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from The Polo Magician. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info.polomagician@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack and Ship: Once your return request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that handling fee of PKR 300 is charged for returns.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of a different value, we will either refund the difference or charge you the additional amount. Please note that additional handling fee of PKR 300 delivery charges for exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info.polomagician@gamil.com or on WhatsApp +923003486669. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

International Returns

For international returns, please follow the same return process. Note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
